Overview

UrsotOS 300 is an oral bile acid therapy used as long-term, disease-modifying treatment for primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), and as a non-surgical option to dissolve small-to-medium cholesterol gallstones in patients who are unfit for, or wish to avoid, surgery.

Primary biliary cholangitis — long-term disease-modifying therapy
Dissolution of small-to-medium cholesterol gallstones in patients unfit for or declining surgery
Hepatoprotection in select chronic cholestatic / fatty liver conditions, per physician judgement
