Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website, schemicconcepts.com, is run by Schemic Concepts Pvt. Ltd. ("Schemic Concepts", "we", "us"), 25B, F/F HAUZ RANI, MALVIYA NAGAR, DELHI, Delhi, India – 110017. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website, why, and the choices you have.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@schemicconcepts.com or +91 8800402680.
2. What we collect
When you use the contact form
- Your name, email address, phone number and company or hospital
- The reason for contact and the product you are interested in, if you choose them
- Your message
- How you reached the site (campaign tags such as utm_source, a Google Ads click id, and the first page you landed on), and the time you submitted the form
Please do not include health information about yourself or anyone else in your message unless you are reporting a suspected side effect of one of our products.
When you browse the site
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies (such as _ga) and records pseudonymous usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, searches and filters used on the site, clicks on our phone and email links, the device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level) and the site that referred you. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store your full IP address. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not use it for advertising personalisation.
Your browser also stores a few preferences on your device: your language and light/dark theme choice, and, for the current browser session only, the campaign that brought you to the site.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.
When you scan a QR code on our packs
The QR code on our packs opens a product page on this website. We record which code was scanned and which product it relates to, together with the usage data described above. Scanning a code does not tell us who you are.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and follow up on business, distribution or medical information requests
- To record and assess reports of suspected side effects, as required for medicine safety monitoring
- To understand which pages, products and campaigns are useful, and to improve the website
- To keep the website secure and working
By submitting the contact form you consent to us using your details for these purposes. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact form enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them. Reports of suspected side effects are kept for as long as Indian drug safety rules require. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, which is no longer than 14 months.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as our cloud hosting provider and Google (for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager). They may process data only on our instructions. Google may process analytics data outside India.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example sharing details of a suspected side effect with drug regulators, or responding to a lawful request from a government authority.
6. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Ask us to correct, complete or update your personal data
- Ask us to erase your personal data, where we no longer need it or are not required by law to keep it
- Withdraw your consent
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to do so
- Raise a grievance with us about how we handle your data
To use any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, email info@schemicconcepts.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Cookies and how to block them
The only cookies this website sets are Google Analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The website works normally with cookies blocked.
8. Children
This website is meant for adults, healthcare professionals and business partners. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
