Overview

EsomatOS 40 delivers IV acid suppression for patients who cannot take oral therapy — ICU, peri-operative, and NPO patients. Beyond routine GERD bridging, it supports an evidence-based high-dose regimen used to reduce rebleeding risk after endoscopic treatment of bleeding gastric or duodenal ulcers.

Indications

GERD with erosive oesophagitis, when oral therapy is not possible or appropriate
Risk reduction of rebleeding after endoscopic treatment of bleeding gastric / duodenal ulcers
Stress-ulcer prophylaxis in ICU patients unable to take oral medication
Rx only. For use under medical supervision. Intended for healthcare professionals in India.
