Indications

Management of significant haemorrhage in trauma, when administered as early as possible.
Prevention and management of postpartum haemorrhage (PPH).

Short-term use in patients with hereditary coagulopathies (e.g., haemophilia) undergoing dental extraction, and in menorrhagia, per the approved label.
